This page explains how smmthinks (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses your information, the terms under which we provide our website-building service, and our refund policy. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

2. What information we collect

When you use the “Launch My Website” form or contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide:

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect information from children under 18.

4. Cookies & advertising tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising campaigns. These tools may set cookies that help us and these providers show relevant ads and attribute leads to campaigns.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of personalised ads via Google Ad Settings and your Meta Ad Preferences.

5. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting provider, our messaging/CRM provider (used to route your enquiry to our team), and the analytics and advertising platforms named above. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and applicable laws, you may request to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@smmthinks.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

8. Terms of service

Scope & delivery

We design and build websites according to the package you select. Our 48-hour delivery target begins once we have received your approved brief and all required content and assets from you. Delays in providing content may extend the timeline.

Payment

Our pricing is a one-time payment in INR. We require a 20% advance to begin work, with the balance payable once your website is live. We accept UPI, cards and bank transfer. Prices shown are inclusive of design and build; on the Starter plan, domain and hosting are arranged separately.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the website we deliver. Third-party services (such as domain registrars and hosting providers) remain subject to their own terms and renewal fees after the first year where included.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to any content, images, logos or text you provide, and for ensuring your website complies with laws applicable to your business.

9. Refund policy

Because work begins immediately on receiving your advance, the 20% advance is non-refundable once design work has started. If we are unable to deliver your website, we will refund the advance in full. After your website is live and the balance is paid, the project is considered complete. Please raise any concerns within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve them.
